Zmarta Group is looking for a New Business Partner Manager

Zmarta Group offers a range of services within consumer finance such as bank, insurance, electricity. The group is comprised of a range of brands including Zmarta, Freedom Finance, Centum and Elskling. The company was founded 1999, has 200 employees and offices in Stockholm, Ängelholm, Helsingfors and Oslo. Zmarta Group is owned by Bauer Media Group.

About the role

Zmarta Group has been around for almost 20 years but our ambition is never-ending. We have a strong focus on expansion -through M&A, new product verticals, and new market launches.

We are seeking a business & result oriented colleague who will enhance our exciting and growing expansion team, primarily within the following focus areas:

* Project Management
• support or drive projects within the expansion area

* Drive, develop and maintain new Partner Relations
• Identify and build relations with potential partners for new products that Zmarta is developing but also maintenance of partner relations until products are considered mature enough to transfer to country operation
• Analyse and follow up results with main focus on added value for partners and Zmarta

* Business Development
• Support or drive business cases for new products or geographical markets

You will be based at our Stockholm office, centrally placed, but we expect you are willing to travel on a need to need basis.

Your professional experience will include

We believe you have a relevant university degree with minimum 6 years of experience within the areas in scope and that you are an experienced negotiator known to successfully close deals.

We especially value your extensive skills within project management and B2B partner relations.

You will be part of a world that is combining technical platforms & solutions with financial aspects and we therefor assume you have a strong interest in both areas.

Experience from a fastmoving, proactive and dynamic business environment is highly valuable as this will make you feel at home more easily. Fintech or financially related business experience is a big plus but not a must.

You have a distinct sales oriented approach and thrive on closing a deal. At the same time you are able to create trustful and long-term relations at all levels, everywhere.

Proactivity, independency and creativity are key words in addition to excellent communication skills (Swedish and English) that engage and inspire people around you.
